Gabriel Joseph Wall was born in Oswego Hospital on Oct. 30, 2012.
He weighed 8 pounds and was 19.75 inches long.
He is the son of Amber Lynn McQuaid and Joseph Allen Wall, of Fulton.
On Thursday, the Oswego Fire Department units along with Animal Control personnel responded to a report of a deer stranded on the rock wall in the center of the river. Fire Department personnel responded in the fire/rescue boat and carefully eased the deer to shore to awaiting animal control personnel.
