Harold Francis Holland IV was born in Oswego Hospital on Nov. 1, 2012.
He weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces and was 21 inches long.
He is the son of Correnia M. Gates and Harold Francis Holland III, of Pennellville.

A panel of volunteer judges has selected the artwork of five SUNY Oswego employees to join the Everson Museum of Art’s Sept. 12 to Oct. 6 exhibition of “On My Own Time” pieces from companies and institutions around the region.
Mr. Dana Oliver, EMT with Menter Ambulance, received a Traffic Safety Appreciation Award from BC Brady, of the Oswego County Traffic Safety Board. Oliver learned that the Child Passenger Trailer needed a part and generously donated one to help keep the program moving and children riding as safely as possible.
