NORTH SYRACUSE, NY – State Police in North Syracuse arrested 46-year-old Kevin J. Blair, from Fulton. He was charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd, a class “A” misdemeanor. Blair was arrested Friday after he violated an order of protection issued to his ex-girlfriend, troopers said. He was arraigned in the Town of Clay Court and remanded to the Onondaga County Justicve Center in lieu of $17,500 cash and $35,000 bond.Fulton Man arrested for criminal contempt
