Cop Logs: Sheriff’s Office 12/21/2012

On 12/19/12 at noon, Jeffery K. Graser, 22, of 7426 Henry Clay Boulevard Bldg. B Apt 34, Liverpool, was arrested for Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 4th degree, a class E felony and Forgery, 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor stemming from the investigation into an incident that occurred on 11/21/12 at a village of Pulaski business where the victim’s debit/credit card was allegedly stolen and used to make purchases in the village of Pulaski.
Mr. Graser was arraigned in the Town of Sandy Creek Court and ROR’d with a return to the T/O Richland Court on 1/14/13.

On 12/20/12 at 8:18 a.m., Keila S. Polo, 33, of West 11th Street Bldg. 20, Apt B8, Fulton, was arrested for Petit Larceny stemming from an incident that occurred at the town of Granby Wal-Mart when she allegedly stole consumable goods along with a bed comforter.
Ms. Polo was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Granby Court on 12/31/12.

On 12/20/12 at 9:37 a.m., Donald C. Reardon, 21, of 27 Gerritt St., Oswego, was arrested for Burglary, 3rd degree, a class D felony; Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree, a class E felony; Petit Larceny and Conspiracy, 5th degree stemming from the investigation into his alleged participation into the breaking in to a business in the town of Scriba in July 2012 in which consumable goods were stolen.
Mr. Reardon was arraigned by Hon. Judge Adkins in Scriba Town Court and ROR’d with a return to court date of 1/3/13.

On 12/20/12 at 3:24 p.m., Nichole V. Foltz, 28, of 358 CR 21, Martville, was arrested for Registration Suspended (suspended on 11/5/12 for insurance lapse) following a traffic stop on CR 3 in the town of Granby initiated by the LPR unit alerting.
Ms. Foltz was released on a UTT, returnable to the Town of Granby Court on 1/7/13.

On 12/20/12 at 10:04 p.m., Mary Kate Torbitt, 19, of 110 Sabin Road, Oswego, was arrested for AUO, 3rd degree (suspended on 3/7/12 and on 8/15/12 for Failure to Answer Summons in T/O Sterling) and Crossing Road Hazard Markings following an investigation into a one-vehicle MVA on SR 176 in the town of Volney.
Ms. Torbitt was issued UTTs, returnable to the Town of Volney Court on 1/14/13.

The Meaning of Memorial Day

The theme for this year’s Memorial Day Salute Parade is “America, United We Stand.”
Many area individuals, organizations, businesses and industries will try to develop their interpretation of this theme in the vehicles or floats they will enter in the parade on Saturday.   The Fulton Memorial Day Salute is a two-day event that is 32 years old this year, started and carried on by the four Fulton Service Clubs.
