OSWEGO, NY – State Senator Patty Ritchie recently presented valentines and carnations to residents of St. Luke’s Health Services and Bishop Commons in Oswego and urged people to visit their loved ones at area nursing homes during Valentine’s Week.

“We can make everyday Valentine’s Day by remembering our nursing home residents and others who may be living alone,” said Senator Ritchie. “By just taking a few minutes, we can make a difference in someone’s life.”
