Yes! Yes!! Yes!! I have returned to work after five long months of healing and rehabilitating.

I am thrilled to be able to visit with my senior friends and co-workers at OCO once again.

The Parish Volunteer Fire Company will host another delicious all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast on St. Patty’s Day – Sunday March 17 from 8 – 11:30 a.m. to be held at their fire station on 16 Union St.

Prices: family – $22, seniors – $6, children (4-12) – $4.50, 3 and under – free.

On March 20 the Parish Dining and Activity Center, 814 Rider St. will be open and serving lunch for the annual “Mayor For Meals” day.

This is the time of year we bring recognition to our seniors that receive Meals on Wheels. I have invited Mayor Leon Heagle and many, many more political dignitaries to assist with delivering meals or serving meals at the congregate site.

This was very well attended last year and I hope to see even more turn out this year.

Community Health and Safety Fair will be held on March 23.

The fair will operate from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Parish Volunteer Fire Company Fire Station on 16 Union St., Parish.

Participants can begin setting up at 9 a.m.

The fair is organized and sponsored through the combined efforts of the Altmar-Parish-Williamstown Faculty Association and the Pulaski Teachers’ Association with the purpose of promoting healthy living in Northern Oswego County.

As professionals committed to excellence in education, they firmly believe knowledge is empowering.
