On 3/05/13 at 6:01 a.m., Joshua A. Caufield, 23, of 217 Mexico Point Drive, Mexico, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Third Degree (license suspended with two suspensions on two dates for failure to appear), and Speed Over the State Speed Limit, following a traffic stop on CR 4 in the town of Volney.
Mr. Caufield was issued tickets and released to a third party.

On 3/08/13, Christie L. Cocopoti, 41, of 1466 CR 8, Fulton, was operating a 2005 Dodge at 6:55 a.m., when she reportedly backed onto CR 8 when she was struck from behind by a 1994 Chevrolet pickup truck driven by Dominic T. Muckey, 41, of 41 Pratt Drive, Oswego.
The incident occurred 120 feet north of SR 3 as Mr. Muckey was reportedly unable to stop for the Dodge that was attempting to drive in a southbound direction.
Road conditions were reported to be covered with snow and ice at the time.
Ms. Cocopoti was ticketed for Unsafe Backing.

On 3/08/13 at 2:19 p.m., Wayne F. Fidler, 32, of 88 Kibby Road, Mexico, was charged with Operation While Registration Suspended/Revoked (registration suspended on 1/30/2013 for insurance lapse), stemming from a traffic stop after a License Plate Reader targeted his vehicle as he drove eastbound on SR 3.
Mr. Fidler was issued a ticket returnable to Town of Volney Court on 3/18/13 and released to a third party.

On 3/08/13 at 5:56 p.m., Cody G. Pollic, 19, of 1890 Mexico St., Altmar, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Third Degree (license suspended for failure to pay a fine in the Village of Central Square Court on 12/16/2012) and No Left Side Mirror, following a traffic stop in the town of Orwell.

On 3/09/13 at 1:50 a.m., Margaret J. Haynes, 41, of 956 Middle Road, Lot 45A, Oswego, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated; Driving With .08 of One Percent or More of Alcohol; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Third Degree (license suspended on 10/27/2007 for Failure to Pay a Fine in the City of Fulton, on 7/13/2007 for Failure to Pay Child Support, on 5/189/2007 for Failure to Pay Child Support, on 2/03/2006 for Failure to Pay Child Support, on 12/02/2004 for Failure to Answer a Summons in the Town of Chenango, and on 12/02/2004 for Failure to Answer a Summons in the Town of Chenango); Unlicensed Operator; Operation Without Insurance; Failed to Keep Right; Improper Plates; and No Inspection Certificate following a traffic stop on Cayuga Street in the city of Fulton.
Ms. Haynes was arraigned before Fulton City Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bail bond.
She is scheduled to answer the charges before Fulton City Court on 3/13/13.

On 3/09/13 at 8:47 a.m., Kevin A. King, 44, of 135 Flood Drive, Fulton, was taken into custody based on a Family Court Bench Warrant issued by the Hon. Donald E. Todd, Oswego County Family Court, charging him with violating Article IV of the Family Court Act (failure to pay support).
Mr. King was arraigned before Judge Todd and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
He is scheduled to return to court on 3/12/13.

On 3/09/13 at 11:45 a.m., Bernice R. Rowe, 51, of 1822 CR 6, Lot D9, Fulton, was charged with Operation While Registration Suspended/Revoked (registration suspended on 1/08/12 for insurance lapse), stemming from a traffic stop initiated on CR 4 in the town of Scriba after a License Plate Reader targeted her vehicle.

On 310/13 at 7:30 p.m., Eleanor M. Pullen, 31, of 1 Carter Road, Hannibal, was charged with Speed in Zone and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Third Degree (license suspended on 8/26/2011 for Failure to Pay a Fine in the Town of Granby and on 11/3/2011 for Insurance Lapse), following a traffic stop on Stock Road in the town of Hannibal.
