Bock said, “The ‘Electrathon Challenge’ is a marathon style race that is designed to build awareness of electric vehicles. The challenge lasts 60 minutes and the winner is determined by the team that completes the most laps in that time. Safety also is measured as all teams much adhere to strict vehicle designs as well.”

The safety measures ensure fair and safe racing.

Participants included Ty Vrooman, Matt DiFabio, Tyler Sheffield, Jennifer Zufelt, Benedict Kraemer, Adam Regano, Jason Lowery, Kyle Clark, Adam Doviak, Jeremy Galvin, Liam McMahon, Nick Bertsch, Alex Johnson, Vincent DeBiase and Anthony DeStevens.
