Fulton Community Theater’s The Golden Age of Broadway debuts June 21

FULTON, NY – The Fulton Community Theatre’s latest production in its Evening on Broadway series, “The Golden Age of Broadway, the Music of Porter, Kern, Gershwin, Cohan, Berlin and Rodgers & Hart” will open June 21 with a 7:30 p.m. performance in Jubilee Hall at Holy Trinity Parish, 309 Buffalo St.

Featuring some of the Broadway’s greatest songs, from many of its most famous composers, “The Golden Age of Broadway: The Music of Porter, Kern, Gershwin, Cohan, Berlin and Rodgers & Hart” will debut June 21 with additional performances scheduled for June 22 at 7:30 p.m. and June 23 at 2 p.m.

According to director Kathy DeGolyer, the show will also support the Fulton community.

“In addition to presenting an entertaining evening of great Broadway songs, Fulton Community Theatre will also be supporting Catholic Charities food pantry.  We are asking those who attend to please bring a donation of non-perishable food items as we will be collecting donations for the food pantry.  There will also be a drawing for a dinner and movie package with all proceeds benefiting Catholic Charities food pantry as well,” said DeGolyer.

The Futon Community Theatre’s “The Golden Age of Broadway:  The Music of Porter, Kern, Gershwin, Cohan, Berlin and Rodgers & Hart” will continue the following weekend with performances to be held June 28 and 29 at 7:30 p.m. and June 30 at 2 p.m.

All performances will be held in Jubilee Hall at Holy Trinity Parish.

Jubilee Hall is fully accessible to all audience members.

Ticket prices are $12 adults and $10 for seniors/students.

Dessert and coffee will be provided during intermission.
