On November 11, 2008, at approximately 4:39 pm, while at West
Broadway and West Second Street in the City of Fulton, State of New York,
the defendant, Richard C. White Jr., was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed
Operator in the Third Degree and Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using a
Cell Phone.
It is alleged that on November 11, 2008 at approximately 4:26 pm, while
at the intersection of West First Street and West Broadway in the City of
Fulton, State of New York,  the said defendant did operate a motor vehicle
while holding a cell phone up to his right ear.  The defendant also operated
said vehicle knowing that his New York State Driver’s License was suspended
for failure to pay a fine in the City of Fulton on October 26, 2008.

On the 12th day of November 2008 at 5:30 a.m. while at 516 Rochester St,
in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the defendant
David M Reynolds did commit the offense of Criminal Contempt Second
Degree by violating a duly served order of protection which ordered the
defendant to refrain from assault, stalking, harassment or any criminal
offense with the victim.  The said defendant did commit the offense of
Criminal Trespass by entering and remaining unlawfully in the victim/protected
persons residence.  The defendant was inside the residence when the victim
came home and after being asked numerous times to leave, he refused.  The said
actions by the defendant did violate order of protection issued by City of
Fulton Court and signed by Hon. Ludington on 4-3-08 and valid through 4-30-09.

On the 12th day of November 2008, at approximately 4:17 pm at the
Fulton Police Department, 141 S. First St. in the City of Fulton, County of
Oswego, State of New York, the defendant, Derik M. Winn, was arrested for
Criminal Mischief 3rd and Harassment 2nd.
It is alleged that on the 10th day of November 2008, at approximately 8:50
pm, while at 7 S. Seventh St. in the City of Fulton, New York, the defendant
did, while working in concert with a co-defendant, intentionally break the
front bumper of a motor vehicle by kicking it and did punch and subsequently
break the right rear tail light assembly on said motor vehicle, which is
registered to and owned by the victim.  The total value of the damage was
estimated at $1014.38.
It is further alleged that on the above date, time and location, the defendant
did, with intent to harass, annoy and alarm the victim, punch the victim in the
mouth causing pain, swelling and minor bleeding to the victim.

Cayuga St. in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the
defendant, Michael David Avery Jr. was arrested for Criminal Contempt First
Degree and Harassment First Degree.
It is alleged that on the 7th day of November 2008, throughout several
times of the day, while at 607 Phillips St (Birdseye Foods), 826 Holly Dr. and
152 W. Fourth St. S., the said defendant did follow the victim, in several
public places. The said defendant did this by showing up at her place of
employment, at the location where she was receiving medical services as
well as standing outside of her residence. The said defendant did this
knowing that there is a duly served valid stay away order of protection,
refraining him from any type of contact with said victim. The order was
signed by the Honorable Spencer J. Ludington and served upon the defendant
in the City of Fulton Court on 8/18/2008 and expires on 8/18/2009.  The said
defendant’s actions caused the victim to be in fear of physical injury due
to the continued course of conduct, and was further seriously annoyed and alarmed.

It is alleged that on the above date and location, at approximately 7:30 pm,
the defendant did, during a domestic dispute, kick and break an interior
wooden door, valued at approximately $65.00, and did throw and break an
X-Box video game system, valued at approximately $300.00, total damage
value being $365.00.
It is further alleged that the defendant, during the same domestic dispute,
did possess a silver “Scoot” push scooter with intent to strike the victim,

On 11/13/08 the defendant, Catherine L. Lamb, was arrested on an arrest
warrant, issued by the Fulton City Court.  It is alleged that on the 7th day of
July 2008, at about 5:40pm, the defendant did operate a motor vehicle at
West 1st Street and Chestnut Street, in the City of Fulton, NY 13069.  It is
also alleged that the defendant did operate said vehicle without a seatbelt,
and it was further discovered that the driver was operating the vehicle while
knowing, or having reason to know that her license or privledge to operate
said vehicle was suspended, revoked or otherwise withdrawn by the commissioner.
The defendants license was suspended on 07/13/2006, for a failure to answer a
summons in the City of Oswego Court.
