Terry M. Westberry, 47, of 419 Buffalo St., Fulton was arrested at 2:45 p.m. June 15 and charged with disorderly conduct. Police allege Westberry did not stop using loud and obscene language when ordered to stop.
Scott A. Szlamczynski, 36, of 360 Park Ave., Fulton was arrested at 4:37 p.m. June 15 and charged with harassment. Police allege he pushed a person with both hands while he was atd 360 Park Ave.
Joseph M. Kimball, 41, of 307 Cayuga St., Fulton was charged with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child at 3:48 p.m. on June 15. Police allege that during an argument, he punched two people. One was a 15 year old child.
Gary D. Vangorden, 36, of 363 W. 3rd St., Fulton was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at 2:21 a.m. on June 17. Police allege Vangorden was hosting a party loud enough for officers to hear from the street. When told he was under arrest, Vangorden, police say, closed and locked his front door and refused several orders to open it. Police broke down the door. Police say Vangorden struggled and fought while being arrested, eventually giving up his arms to be handcuffed.
Charles L. Akers, Jr., 35, of 30 VanBuren St., Fulton was charged with aggravated harassment at 6:27 p.m. on June 17. Police allege he called his ex-girlfriend in defiance of an order from a police officer not to call her. During the call, he is alleged to have called her obscene and derogatory names and threatened to hurt people the victim knew.
Michael E. Payne, 33, of 319 Cayuga St., Fulton was charged at 10:51 p.m. June 17 with disorderly conduct. Police allege he defied police orders to lower his voice and stop swearing while standing outside 424 Erie St.
Timothy L. Lunderman, 26, of 310 Utica St., Fulton was charged at 2:30 a.m. June 18 with disorderly conduct. Police responding to a complaint of loud music allege they could hear the party inside the home while standing in the street.
Philip M. Clarke, 18, of 408 State St., Fulton was arrested on a bench warrant issued by Fulton City Court Judge Spencer Ludington at 1:30 p.m. June 18 alleging failure to appear in court.
Amy M. Labeef, 31, of 494 Harris Hill Rd., Hannibal was arrested at 1:19 a.m. June 19 and charged with DWI, DWAI and having no headline on in inclement weather. She was pulled over for not having headlights turned on. Police allege she failed field sobriety tests and a breath test at Fulton PD.
Robert S. Holt, 60, of 2061 Rabbit Lane, Phoenix, NY was arrested at 10:30 a.m. June 19 and charged with forcible touching. Police allege that Holt reached into the bra of the victim while having a conversation.
Alexis J. Laracuente, 31, of 517 1st St., Fulton was charged with petit larceny at 9:32 p.m. June 19. Police allege that earlier in the evening, at K-Mart in the River Glen Plaza, Laracuente put into her shopping cart 2 Joe Boxer pillows, a 154 piece Craftsman tool set, a 2 liter bottle of Coke, a Bissel vacuum cleaner and a Craftsman car buffer, all of which she placed in bags. A store employee stopped her after she left the store. Total value of the items was #341.54.
Francis E. Manford, 39, of 119 W 1st St., Fulton was arrested at 1:00 a.m. June 20 and charged with assault. Police allege he punched a woman twice in the forehead, for which she needed medical attention.
Robert H. Kimball, III of 706 W. Broadway, Fulton was arrested at 5:01 p.m. June 20 on a bench warrant issued by Fulton City Court Judge Spencer Ludington alleging failue to complete two work weekends as ordered.
Brian V. Cappelletti, 18, of 107 W. 3rd St., Fulton was arrested at 2:50 a.m. June 21 and charged with disorderly conduct. Police allege he was yelling at people to try to provoke a fight and refused to stop yelling when ordered.
Jason C. Willis, 34, of 607 Buffalo St., Fulton was charged with two counts of harassment at 1:01 a.m. June 21. Police allege that while at his home, he grabbed a person by the face and jaw, squeezing so tightly it caused a cut under one eye. He’s also accused of shoving a police officer by pushing his shoulder and upper body into the officer.
April M. Orlosky, 25, of 608 E. Broadway, Fulton was charged at 6:51 p.m. June 21 with two counts of disorderly conduct, uninspected motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, unsecured (hanging) license plate, uninsured vehicle, and no seat belt worn by children in the back seat. Police allege that at 6:44 p.m. on the 250 block of W 4th St. S., Orlosky yelled obscene and abusive language. Police responding to the call discovered the unrelated traffic infractions.
