Police arrested Robert Kimball, III of 706 W. Broadway at 11:30 a.m. on July 6 on a bench warrant signed by Oswego County Court Judge Hafner dated June 25, 2009 for violating the terms of pre-trial release.
Andrew Clark, of 150 N. 5th St., Fulton and Tommy Coe of 413 Buffalo St., Fulton were arrested at 1:42 a.m. July 7 for criminal trespass for allegedly being inside 114 W. Broadway, Apartment 1 without permission. Clark was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana for having what appeared to be a marijuana pipe and bag of marijuana.
Samuel Casler-West of 238 Oneida St., Fulton was arrested at 9:25 a.m. on July 7 on a charge of criminal mischief. Police allege he drove to a building under construction at 198 W. 4th St. N. in Fulton on June 30 and threw rocks through four windows. A fifth rock missed the windows and damaged siding. Total damages: $1,230.
Javonnia Rouse of 27 Marlborough Rd., Rochester was charged with a long list of counts on July 8. Police allege she had just left Walmart in Granby, from which she had allegedly stolen merchandine. When Fulton Police tried to stop her vehicle, she fled at high speed. The chase ended in Red Creek. She was charged with:

James Sweeting of 312 Utica St., Fulton was charged with petit larceny at 5:22 a.m. on July 9. He is accused of having taken a black leather wallet off a rack at Price Chopper Supermarket and leaving the store without paying for it.
Todd M. Wadas of 828 Holly Dr., Fulton was charged with falsely reporting an incident at 6:20 p.m. on July 9. Police allege he told the 911 Center that he had been threatened and robbed of $50 by two masked men.
Christian V. Suehs of 6922 Frank Long Rd., Jamesville was charged at 10:10 p.m. July 10 with unlawfully dealing with fireworks. Police allege they found him holding a box of various fireworks in his right hand.
Sara-Bai M. Montalvo of 157 W. 1st St. N., Apt. 1 , Fulton was charged at 8:20 p.m. on July 11 with criminal mischief. Police allege she stabbed a pen into two tires of a car. The flattened tires cost $160 to replace.
Timothy R. Howell of 497 Maple Ave., Fulton was charged at 2:44 p.m. July 12 with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon. Police allege that at 352 Park St., Fulton, Howell got into an argument with someone, showed the knife and thretened to either “cut” or “gut” the other person.
