Vincent M. Jaskowiak, 25, of 295 Richmond Ave., Upper Apt., Buffalo

The subject was charged at about 2:56 a.m. Sept. 20 with DWAI – drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana and unsafe backing.
According to the police report: the above defendant was observed to have been operating a motor vehicle which was subsequently stopped at West Cayuga and Sixth streets for allegedly unsafe backing.
Upon investigation and field testing, it was determined that the defendant had been allegedly operating the motor vehicle while his ability to do so was impaired by drugs. The defendant was also found to allegedly be in possession of a small amount of marijuana at the time of arrest.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 5.

Ryan R. Randall, 21, of 2874 County Road 40, Bloomville

The subject was charged at about 12:11 a.m. Oct. 4 with public urination.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly urinating in view of the public at 113 W. Third St.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 24.

Andrea L. Warner, 21, of 319 Cayuga St., Fulton

The subject was charged at about 12:45 a.m. Oct. 4 with violating the open container ordinance.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly being in possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage while in public space at West Cayuga and Water streets.
She is to appear in court on Oct. 27.

The story of the play concerns four affluent couples who gather for a dinner party celebrating their host’s tenth wedding anniversary. So, The Players plan to allow the audience to participate in the anniversary celebration by inviting patrons to attend a wine, and cheese, party before the curtain and sampling a anniversary cake at intermission.
