On 10/23/09 at 8:04 p.m., Rachel C. Stark, 21, of 30 Van Horn Rd., Newton, NJ was operating a 2003 Volkswagen stopped at the intersection of Levitt Rd. and CR 1 in the Town of New Haven when she reportedly proceeded to turn onto CR 1 and was side swiped by a 2002 Dodge being operated by Matthew D. Clark, 19, of 769 Rathburn Rd., Oswego, NY. Ms. Stark was issued a ticket for Failure to Yield Right-of-Way at a Stop Sign Intersection.

On 10/25/09 at 11:05 p.m., Juan A. Rivera, 34, of 417 Buffalo St., Fulton, NY was arrested for Criminal Impersonation, 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor following the investigation into an incident which reportedly occurred at a T/O Hannibal residence where he allegedly gave a false name to patrol knowing he had active warrants out for his arrest with other law enforcement departments. Mr. Rivera was arraigned before Hon. Judge Dennison, Town of Hannibal Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.00 cash or $1000.00 bond with a return to court date of 11/10/09.

On 10/26/09, James R. Bartoszewski, 28, of 8 Pine Street, Baldwinsville, NY was arrested at 5:10 a.m. for 2 counts of Criminal Mischief, Fourth Degree and AUO, Third Degree following the investigation into an incident that reportedly occurred at a T/O Granby residence where he allegedly punched a hole in the residence’s bathroom wall and put a hole in the bedroom closet door and while trying to avoid patrol, pushed the driver’s leg on the accelerator in the vehicle he was a passenger in.. Mr. Bartoszewski was arraigned in the T/O Granby Court and ROR’d, with a return to court date of 11/2/09.

On 10/26/09 at 6:16 p.m., a 17 year old female residing in the Town of Palermo was arrested on a Family Court Warrant issued by Oswego County Family Court. She was transported to a non secure detention facility in Volney and will re-appear in Family Court on 10/27/09.

On 10/26/09 at 1:53 p.m., Pablo A. Escamilla, 27, of Far Reach Dr. Bldg# 3207, Baldwinsville, NY was arrested for AUO, 2nd degree ( 4 suspensions on 4 dates) and License Plate Violation following a traffic stop on SR 481 in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Escamilla was issued UTT’s, returnable to the T/O Schroeppel Court on 11/25/09and then transported to Liverpool Police Dept. for further processing.
