Anthony M. Pauldine, 51, of 190 Fifth Ave., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 8:50 a.m. Oct. 26 with third-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
According the police report: the above defendant was arrested after an investigation determined that he had allegedly subjected a person, who was less than 17 years of age, to sexual contact on or about October 18, 2009.
He was arraigned and then released on his own recognizance.
He is to return to court on Nov. 24.

Elliott C. Audette, 20, of 239 West Sixth Street, Oswego

The subject was charged at about 12:55 a.m. Oct. 18 with violating the noise ordinance.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly hosting an unreasonable loud party.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 24.

Joseph P. Yovino, 19, of 68 Hidden Pheasant Path, Wading River, N.Y.

The subject was charged at about 2:22 a.m. Oct. 18 with public urination, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly urinating on the sidewalk in public view at 117 W. Bridge St.
Upon trying to take the above defendant into custody, the defendant allegedly resisted and refused to comply with officers.
The defendant was also in a loud voice allegedly using obscene language.
Subsequent to arrest, he allegedly had in his possession another individual’s driver’s license. The defendant was also charged with Vehicle and Traffic Law – holding more than one driver’s license
He is to appear in court on Nov. 12.

Rachel A. Hannock, 21, of 94 East Tenth St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 2:34 a.m. Oct. 23 with DWI.
According to the police report: Hannock was ticketed subsequent to a vehicle and traffic stop at West Cayuga and Fourth streets.
She is to appear in court on Nov. 12.

Scott T. Swinson, 33, of 5 John St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 11:52 a.m. Oct. 22 with second-degree burglary and third-degree menacing.
According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested after an investigation determined that he had allegedly, unlawfully entered a residence located on the west side of  the city of Oswego and while inside the residence allegedly placed an adult female victim in fear of physical injury by swinging a closed fist at the victim.
He was arraigned and remanded to Oswego County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
He was to appear in court on Oct. 27.

Marcus A. Black, 51, of 84 W. Second St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 1:21 a.m. Oct. 23 with DWAI and an equipment violation.
According to the police report: the above defendant was observed by police to have been operating a motor vehicle which was subsequently stopped by police at West Bridge and Third streets for an alleged equipment violation.
Upon investigation and field testing, it was determined that the defendant had been allegedly operating the motor vehicle while his ability to do so was impaired by alcohol.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 12.

Karen S. O’Brien, 38, of 14 Varick St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 5:25 p.m. Oct. 26.
According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested on an active warrant issued by Oswego City Court for an original charge of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
She was released on $250 bail.
She is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

Nicole M. Colon, 21, of 315 Oneida St., Fulton

The subject was charged at about 4:30 p.m. Oct. 26.
According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested on an active warrant issued by Oswego City Court for an original charge of disorderly conduct.
She was released on $100 bail.
She is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

Texas J. Coleman, 75, of 1965 County Route 1, Oswego

The subject was charged at about 6:05 p.m. Oct. 25.
According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested on an active warrant issued by Oswego City Court for original charges of DWI, BAC of .08% or more, and Failure to Keep Right.
He was arraigned and remanded to Oswego County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
He was to appear in court on Oct. 27.

Jeremy W. Tassie, 19, of 77 Eisenhower Ave., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 4:30 a.m. Oct. 22 with disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly being engaged in a physical altercation with another man at West Bridge and Second streets.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 12.

Donald M. Odin, 23, of 118 E. Fourth St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 4:30 a.m. Oct. 22 with disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly being engaged in a physical altercation with another man at West Bridge and Second streets.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 12.

Mindy M. Bort, 19, of 15 E. VanBuren St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 9:16 p.m. Oct. 21 with unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly being in possession of a small amount of marijuana at East Fourth and Cayuga streets.
She is to appear in court on Nov. 12.
