Robert J. Fusco, 18, of 9 Waterway Drive, Middle Island, NY

The subject was charged at about 11:59 p.m. Oct. 7 with public urination.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly urinating in view of the public at Washington Boulevard and Third Avenue.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 24.

James T. McGuiness III, 25, of 211 W. Eighth St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 12:57 a.m. Oct. 25 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and public urination.
According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested after allegedly urinating in view of the public on West Linear Park near market Street.
Upon arrest, the defendant was also found to allegedly be in possession of a small amount of cocaine.
He was released on $250 bail.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

Brian T. Mosher, 34, of 1718 Court St., Syracuse

The subject was charged at about 12:49 a.m. Oct. 24 with public urination and resisting arrest.
According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested after allegedly urinating in view of the public at West Oneida and Water streets.
Upon arrest, the defendant allegedly resisted.
He was released on $100 bail.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 12.

Angel M. Lackey, 29, of 84 W. Second St., Apt. 2, Oswego

The subject was charged at about 12:28 a.m. Oct. 27 with trespass.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly refusing to leave the Oswego Hospital after having been told to do so by Oswego Hospital staff and police.
She is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

Randy M. Cordell, 44, of 97 E. Bridge St., Apt. 4, Oswego

The subject was charged at about 9:13 p.m. Oct. 22 with disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly yelling obscenities in the presence of civilians, then upon arrest, was found to allegedly be in possession of a small amount of marijuana.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 12.

Mitchell J. McQuaid, 19, of 299 Russell Road, Fulton

The subject was charged at about 2:31 a.m. Oct. 27 with disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly yelling obscenities in the presence of civilians at East Sixth and Bridge streets.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 19.
