Carl D. Carpenter Jr., 29, of 197 E. Eighth St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 1:32 a.m. Oct. 28 with first-degree criminal contempt (a felony) and harassment.
According to the police report: Carpenter allegedly violated an order of protection issued by Oswego City Court, and allegedly harassed the victim.
He was arraigned and remanded to Oswego County Jail in lieu of $1,500.
He is to appear in court at a later date.

Daniel M. Corbett, 22, of 4215 Aurora Path, Liverpool

The subject was charged at about 12:31 a.m. Oct. 30 with violating the open container ordinance.
According to the police report: Corbett was ticketed for allegedly being in public with an open alcoholic beverage with the intent to consume at 156 Water St.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 24.

William J. Shoults, 38, of 22 W. Eighth St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 11 p.m. Oct. 29 with DWI.
According to the police report: Shoults was ticketed subsequent to a vehicle and traffic stop at West Second Street.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

John A Johnstone, 21, of 826 Stony Point Road, Spencerport

The subject was charged at about 2:42 Oct. 27 with DWI.
According to the police report: Johnstone was ticketed subsequent to a vehicle and traffic stop at West Third and Mohawk streets.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

Andrew F. Saya, 26, of 29 Garrow St., Auburn

The subject was charged at about 1:55 a.m. Oct. 25 with DWI.
According to the police report: Saya was ticketed subsequent to a vehicle and traffic stop at West Bridge and Sixth streets.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

Bridget A. Smith, 20, of 25 Governor St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 2:17 a.m. Oct. 25 with disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested after allegedly yelling obscenities in the presence of civilians at West Bridge and Fourth streets.
She was released on $100 bail.
She is to appear in court on Nov. 19.
