    Tracey E. Hawthorn, 46, of 201 E. Mohawk St., Oswego

    The subject was charged at about 10:28 p.m. Oct. 27 with DWI.
    According to the police report: the above defendant was observed operating a motor vehicle which allegedly struck a marked police vehicle at Route 104 and East 12th Street.
    An investigation into the accident determined that the defendant had been operating the motor vehicle while allegedly in an intoxicated condition.
    The investigation into the accident is on-going and additional traffic violations against the defendant may be pending the results of the investigation.
    She is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

    Domonic J. Reitz, 30, of 136 E. Second St., Oswego

    The subject was charged at about 8:06 p.m. Oct. 31.
    According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested on an active warrant issued by Oswego City Court for original charges of DWI and BAC of .08% or more.
    He was released on $100 bail.
    He is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

    Andrew J. VanBourgondien, 19, of 621 N. Indiana Drive, Lindenhurst

    The subject was charged at about 8:25 p.m. Oct. 31.
    According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested on an active warrant issued by Oswego City Court for original charges of Violation of the City of Oswego’s Open Container Ordinance and Possession of Alcohol Under 21.
    He was released on $100 bail.
    He is to appear in court on Nov. 5.
