Dale R. Stanford, 46, of 65 Mitchell St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 7:44 p.m. Oct. 31 with forcible touching, third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested after an investigation determined that, during an altercation in Culkin Hall on the college campus, the defendant allegedly forcibly touched the intimate parts of an adult victim, caused physical injury to said victim and also allegedly damaged property belonging to the victim.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

Jennifer J. Baker, 22, of 142 E. Fifth St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 4:54 p.m. Oct. 28 with third-degree menacing and second-degree harassment.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after an investigation determined she allegedly placed an adult victim in fear by choking and threatening the victim at an east side residence.
She is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

Aaron J. Haskell, 20, of 111 Daywood Drive, Baldwinsville

The subject was charged at about 11:35 p.m. Oct. 31 with violating the open container ordinance and resisting arrest.
According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested after allegedly being in possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage while in public space at 110 W. Third St.
The defendant also allegedly resisted officers during the arrest.
He was released on $200 bail.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

Courtney L. Alstadt, 20, of 11 Crowell Ave., Rhinebeck

The subject was charged at about 11:21 p.m. Oct. 30 with violating the open container ordinance and possession of alcohol while less than 21 years old.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly being in possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage while in public space at West Bridge and Fourth streets and while being less than 21 years of age.
She is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

Cameron J. Battaglia, 22, of Charlie Company 2/22 Infantry, Fort Drum

The subject was charged at about 1:30 a.m. Oct. 31 with disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested after allegedly being involved in a physical altercation on West Bridge Street.
He was released on $100 bail.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

Brian C. Hines, 22, of 31060 Cottage Hill Road, Redwood, NY

The subject was charged at about 2:19 a.m. Oct. 31 with disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly yelling obscenities in the presence of civilians at Market and Water streets.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

Eric L. Christman, 22, of 23 Lincoln Ave., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 2:07 a.m. Nov. 1 with disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly engaging in a physical altercation at West Bridge and Third streets.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

Michael A. Sheppard, 21, of 4325 Kelsey Drive, Syracuse

The subject was charged at about 1:42 a.m. Nov. 1 with disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly engaging in a physical altercation at 49 W. Bridge St.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

Roger T. Goebert Jr., 46, of 30 Butternut St., Apt. 1, Lyons

The subject was charged at about 12:02 a.m. Oct. 27 with unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly being in possession of a small amount of marijuana at Washington Boulevard and Third Avenue.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

A 16-year-old Oswego boy was charged at about 9:50 a.m. Nov. 3 with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after an investigation determined he allegedly was found to have been in possession of a digital camera that had been reportedly stolen.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 3.
