    Daniel J. Reno, 21, 681 County Route 54, Lot A, Pennellville

    The subject was charged at about 11:50 p.m. Nov. 3 with violating the open container ordinance.
    According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly being in possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage while in public space at Water and Cayuga streets.
    He is to appear in court on Nov. 24.

    Michael D. Cleary, 19, of 124 County Route 20, Oswego

    The subject was charged at about 1:55 p.m. Nov. 3.
    According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested on an active warrant issued by Oswego City Court for original charges of violating the open container ordinance and possession of alcohol while less than 21 years old.
    He was released on $100 bail.
    He is to appear in court on Dec. 3.

    Chad M. LeRoy, 20, 322 Thompson Road, Apt. J4, Oswego

    The subject was charged at about 12:40 a.m. Oct. 31 with disorderly conduct.
    According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested for allegedly yelling obscenities in the presence of civilians on Route 104.
    He was released on $100 bail.
    He is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

    Dustin L. VanBuren, 21, of 24 E. Seventh St., Oswego

    The subject was charged at about 2 p.m. Nov. 2.
    According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested on an active warrant issued by Oswego City Court for an original charge of second-degree aggravated harassment.
    He was arraigned and sentenced to seven days in Oswego County Jail.

    Gregory J. Nucifora, 26, of 7855 Elwill Road, Cicero

    The subject was charged at about 1:59 a.m. Oct. 31 with DWI, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 percent and an equipment violation.
    According to the police report: the above defendant was observed operating a motor vehicle which was subsequently stopped by police at West Fourth and Bridge streets for an alleged equipment violation.
    Upon investigation and field testing, it was determined that the defendant was allegedly operating the motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition.
    He was released on $100 bail.
    He is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

    Brett A. Hogan, 21, of 102 Midiron Court, Baldwinsville

    The subject was charged at about 11:35 p.m. Oct. 31 with violating the open container ordinance.
    According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly being in possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage while in public space at 110 W. Third St.
    He is to appear in court on Nov. 24.

    Heather M. Nielsen, 22, of 1068 Congress St., Schenectady

    The subject was charged at about 1:36 a.m. Oct. 31 with public urination.
    According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly urinating in view of the public at 159 Water St.
    She is to appear in court on Nov. 24.

    Andrew J. Nordstrom, 22, of 112 Lagrange St., Vestal

    The subject was charged at about 2:32 a.m. Oct. 31 with violating the open container ordinance.
    According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly being in possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage while in public space at West Fourth and Bridge streets.
    He is to appear in court on Nov. 24.

    Dale R. Davis, 50, of 60 E. Fifth St., Oswego

    The subject was charged at about 11:13 p.m. Oct. 30 with disorderly conduct.
    According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly creating unreasonable noise in his apartment that caused annoyance to area residents.
    He is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

    Brian P. Begley, 24, of 15 Mapleton Drive, North Chili

    The subject was charged at about 2:41 a.m. Oct. 31 with public urination.
    According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly urinating in view of the public at West Bridge and Third streets.
    He is to appear in court on Nov. 24.
