Dale R. Davis, 50, of 60 E. Fifth St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 11:05 p.m. Oct. 30 with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after having been observed by police to have allegedly been making unreasonably loud noise at 60 E. Sixth St., upper apartment.
Incident to arrest, the defendant was found to allegedly be in possession of approximately 31.3 grams of marijuana.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

A 17-year-old Oswego boy was charged at about 12 p.m. Nov. 4 with unlawful possession of a noxious material.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed at the Oswego Police Department after an investigation determined that, during an Oct. 28 incident in the city of Oswego, the defendant had allegedly, intentionally released a noxious substance causing annoyance to other people.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 3.
