FULTON, NY – Virginia L. Libbey, 62, of Fulton, died Friday March 1, 2019, in St. Joseph Hospital, Syracuse, with her family by her side.
Virginia was born in Fulton, the daughter of the late Henry and Virginia Rowe.
She enjoyed riding on motorcycles, going boating, camping and especially being with her family and friends.
Virginia is survived by her husband, Ellis Libbey of Hannibal; children Lori Brand of Fulton and Ellis (Bobbi Jo Kempston) Libbey of Fulton; grandchildren Kayden, Chelsie and Natalie.
In addition, she is survived by her siblings Brenda, Linda, George, Almeana, Kathy, Joyce, Joan, Harold, Henry, Sheldon, Clinton and Judy.
She was predeceased by her granddaughter, Kendell Libbey; and brothers, Don and Ron Rowe.
There will be no services at Virginia’s request.
The Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. Second. St. S., Fulton, is in care of the arrangements.
