Joseph J. Straight, 36, of 116 W. Cayuga St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 3:07 a.m. Oct. 29 with disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: the above defendant allegedly used obscene language in a very loud voice with numerous vehicles passing by on the Bridge Street bridge.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

Willie J. Baxtron Jr., 40, of 7114 State Route 104A, Oswego

The subject was charged at about 8:22 a.m. Nov. 8 with violating the open container ordinance and disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: the defendant was allegedly in possession of an open bottle of alcohol at West Second and Mohawk streets.
After being stopped, he allegedly used obscene language in a loud voice with numerous people in the area.
He was arraigned and was remanded to Oswego County Jail on $250 bail.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 10.

Sarah C. Bame, 22 of 1 Margaret St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 12:46 a.m. Nov. 1 with DWI.
According to the police report: the defendant was operating a motor vehicle on West Second Street, near Cayuga Street.
She allegedly backed her vehicle into another vehicle, causing damage.
She is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

Scott, J. Grants, 41, 770 State Route 49, Fulton

The subject was charged at about 2:46 a.m. Nov. 1 with DWI.
According to the police report: the above defendant was operating a motor vehicle and was stopped at Washington Boulevard and Sixth Avenue for allegedly failing to stay in his lane.
The defendant was subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

Amy M. Place, 24, of 13 Oxbow Lane, Oswego

The subject was charged at about 1:15 a.m. Nov. 1 with disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: the above defendant allegedly used obscene language in front of numerous people at Market Street, near Water Street.
She is to appear in court on Nov. 19.
