FULTON, NY – Helen E. Neivel, 98, of Fulton, passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2019, at St. Luke Residential Health Services, Oswego.
Born in Clifford, she was a life resident of the Clifford-Fulton area.
She retired as a cafeteria aide in 1984 after 26 years from the Palermo Elementary School.
She was a member of the Palermo United Methodist Church and a former member of the Palermo Fire Department Auxiliary.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Neivel, in 1979.
Surviving are her daughter, Barbara (Ronald) Neuroth; sons, Donald (Joanne) Neivel, John (Deborah) Neivel, Kenneth (Deborah) Neivel and William (Cindy) Neivel; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, March 13, from 2-4 p.m. with the service immediately following at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
Spring burial will be at North Volney Cemetery.
