    Jamie A. Potocnak, 20, of 184 Parsons Road, Hannibal

    The subject was charged at about 11:27 a.m. Nov. 6.
    According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested on a bench warrant that was issued by Oswego City Court for second-degree harassment.
    He was released on $100 bail.
    He is to appear in court on Dec. 3.

    Aaron L. Birckhead, 21, of 103 Walnut St., Apt. 2, Fulton

    The subject was charged at about 2:16 p.m. Nov. 6.
    According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested on a bench warrant issued by Oswego City Court for criminal mischief and second-degree criminal contempt.
    He was released on $250 bail.
    He is to appear in court on Dec. 3.

    A 16-year-old Oswego boy
    was charged at about 4:26 p.m. Nov. 6 with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
    According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested for allegedly damaging a cordless phone.
    He was arraigned and remanded to Oswego County Jail.
    He is to appear in court on Nov. 12.

    Omar R. McFadden, 20, of 25372 Virginia Smith Drive, Calcium, NY

    The subject was charged at about 5:42 p.m.
    According to the police report: the above defendant was turned over to the Oswego City Police Department by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department.
    The defendant was arrested on a bench warrant issued by Oswego City Court for the charges of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct.
    He was arraigned and remanded to Oswego County Jail on $500 cash bail.
    He is to appear in court on Nov. 10.

    Andrew J. Haskins, 18, of 187 W. Seventh St., Oswego

    The subject was charged at about 3:45 p.m. Nov. 8.
    According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested on a bench warrant issued by Oswego City Court for disorderly conduct.
    He was arraigned and released on $100 cash bail.
    He is to appear in court on Nov. 10.
