On 11/5/09 at 3:34 a.m., Alexsandria E. McNabb, 22, of 630 Little Pond Rd, Williamstown, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny following the investigation into an incident in which she allegedly stole an item from a Town of Williamstown business. Ms. McNabb was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to the T/O Williamstown Court on 11/17/09.

On 11/9/09 at 11:20 a.m., Lynn M. Breckenridge, 19, of State Route 104 Bldg# 3588, Mexico, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny stemming from the investigation into an alleged incident in which she reportedly stole cash from a business in the Village of Mexico where she was employed. Ms. Breckenridge was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to the Mexico Town Court on 11/24/09.

On 11/9/09 at 5:07 a.m., Nathan A. Delorto, 22, of 26861 Libby Lanes, Evans Mills, NY was operating a 2000 Kia north on Interstate 81 in the Town of Richland when he reportedly swerved to avoid a deer, veered off the west side of the roadway, reentered the roadway sideways causing the vehicle to flip landing on it’s roof in the median. Mr. Delorto was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Watertown. Driver inexperience and animal’s action seem to have been contributing factors. This accident remains under investigation.

On 11/10/09 at 9:32 p.m., Jody L. Gigon, 38, of 843 O’Connor Road, Oswego, NY was arrested for DWI; Operating a MV with BAC .08 of 1%; Operating a MV w/o Inspection Certificate and Crossing Road Hazard Markings following a traffic stop on SR 104 in the Town of Scriba after patrol observed her vehicle cross over the fog line twice. Mr. Gigon was released on appearance tickets, returnable to the Town of Scriba Court on 11/26/09.

On 11/11/09 at 9:58 a.m., Jennifer D. Haines, 30, of 209 Wilcox Rd., Fulton, NY was operating a 1990 Buick on SR 48 in the Town of Granby when she reportedly stopped to make a left hand turn onto Wilcox Rd. was rear ended by Jamie L. Beeles, 26, of 109 W 4th St. Apt 3, Oswego, NY of which was operating a 1999 Subaru. Ms. Beeles was transported by ambulance to Oswego Hospital and was ticketed for Following too Closely.
