Shannon L. Allen, 22, of 68 NW Ninth St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 4:19 a.m. Nov. 8 with DWAI.
According to the police report: Allen was ticketed subsequent to a traffic stop on Northwest Ninth Street.
She is to appear in court on Dec. 3.

Richard A. Jones, 50, of 5548 Bear Road 27B, North Syracuse

The subject was charged at about 12:52 a.m. Nov. 8 with DWI.
According to the police report: Jones was ticketed subsequent to a traffic stop at West Bridge and Fourth streets.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 3.

Amy E. Benes, 21, of 882 Peconic St., Ronkonkoma, NY

The subject was charged at about 1:45 a.m. Nov. 7 with DWI and aggravated DWI.
According to the police report: Benes was ticketed subsequent to a traffic stop at West Bridge Street and Fifth Avenue.
She is to appear in court on Dec. 3.

Matthew J. Czirr, 31, of 247 W. Seventh St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 3:21 a.m. Oct. 28 with felony DWI.
According to the police report: Czirr was ticketed subsequent to a traffic stop at West Fourth and Cayuga streets.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 3.

Felix Torres-Rivera, 40, of 119 Wall St., Upper Apt., Syracuse

The subject was charged at about 10:10 a.m. Nov. 10 with first-degree criminal contempt.
According to the police report: Torres-Rivera was processed post-arraignment from Oswego City Court.
He is to appear in court at a later date.

Christopher G. Carapetyan, 42, of 54 Catherine St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 4:25 p.m. Nov. 1 with endangering the welfare of a child.
According to the police report: Carapetyan was processed on a summons issued by Oswego City Court.
He is to return to court at a later date.

Richard E. Bristol II, 60, of 286 Chestnut St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 1:05 p.m. Nov. 10.
According to the police report: Bristol was arrested on a bench warrant for DWI
He was released on $100 bail.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 3.

Edwin O. Gonzalez, 27, of 7 Birch Lane 29E, Oswego

The subject was charged at about 9 a.m. Nov. 10.
According to the police report: Gonzalez was arrested on a bench warrant for DWI.
He was arraigned and sentenced.

Luis H. Colon, 58, of 87 E. Fifth St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 3:31 p.m. Nov. 4 with violating the open container ordinance.
According to the police report: Colon was ticketed for allegedly possessing and open container of alcohol at West Linear Park.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 24.

Kimberly A. Barber, 38, of 176 W. Fifth St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 3:31 p.m. Nov. 4 with violating the open container ordinance.
According to the police report: Barber was ticketed for allegedly possessing and open container of alcohol at West Linear Park.
She is to appear in court on Nov. 24.

Ryan S. Novitski, 21, of 127 Lambton Circle, Rochester

The subject was charged at about 11:15 p.m. Nov. 6 with violating the noise ordinance.
According the police report: Novitski was ticketed for allegedly making unreasonable noise at 45 First Ave.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 24.

Brittney E. Hines, 23, of 418B Broadwell St, .Fulton

The subject was charged at about 1:58 a.m. Oct. 31 with public urination.
According to the police report: Hines was ticketed for allegedly urinating in public at West Linear Park.
She is to appear in court on Nov. 24.

Richard A. Erickson, 43, of 86 Hart St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 9:59 p.m. Nov. 6 with second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal contempt.
According to the police report: Erickson was arrested for allegedly entering the residence of another person, which violated a stay away order issued by Oswego City Court.
He was arraigned and remanded to Oswego County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
He was to appear in court on Nov. 10.

Nathan A. Jones Jr., 19, of 3 Indian Orchard Lane, Liverpool

The subject was charged at about 4:59 a.m. Nov. 8 with violating the open container ordinance and possession of alcohol while less than 21 years old.
According to the police report: Jones was ticketed for allegedly possessing an open alcoholic beverage in public on Route 481.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 3.

Cassandra M. Palkovic, 21, of 96 Tallman St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 3:53 p.m. Nov. 11 with aggravated harassment.
According to the police report: Palkovic was ticketed for allegedly harassing another person by telephone.
She is to appear in court on Dec. 3.

Katie E. Fellows, 18, of 194 W. Eighth St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 4:20 p.m. Nov. 11 with disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: Fellows was ticketed for allegedly walking in the intersection at West Utica and Fifth streets, disrupting traffic.
She is to appear in court on Dec. 3.

Jennifer L. Gates, 23, of 82 W. Second St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 3:33 p.m. Nov. 7 with petit larceny.
According to the police report: place Gates was ticketed for allegedly stealing the property of another.
She is to appear in court on Dec. 3.

Stephanie A. Czirr, 32, of 1151 Middle Road, Oswego

The subject was charged at about 12:10 a.m. Nov. 13.
According to the police report: Czirr was arrested on a bench warrant issued by Oswego City Court for petit larceny.
She was released on $100 bail.
She is to appear in court on Dec. 3.

The story of the play concerns four affluent couples who gather for a dinner party celebrating their host’s tenth wedding anniversary. So, The Players plan to allow the audience to participate in the anniversary celebration by inviting patrons to attend a wine, and cheese, party before the curtain and sampling a anniversary cake at intermission.
