OSWEGO – When Beth Ann DeRousie, was cast in the role of the Wedding Singer in “What the Rabbi Saw,” the Oswego Players’ opening show, she had no idea what she was getting herself into.
She soon found out that Tom Briggs, director, was going to have her double as a floor lamp.
That’s right, you read that right, floor lamp.
And little did anyone know, as the trouper she is, she would make the most out of the moment every performance during the run of the play.
You will have to come see her during one of the hilarious performances April 26 – 28 and May 3 – 5. at the Civic Arts Center, Oswego.
Be prepared to share a belly laugh as she sails through this adult farce with every ounce of professionalism and comedic timing.
