On 11/2/09 at 9:56 p.m., Ronald L. Granger, 63, of 2855 SR 3, Fulton, NY was arrested for AUO, 3rd degree ( suspended on 4/8/09 for failure to answer summons in the V/O Pulaski), Registration Suspended and Operating MV w/o Insurance following a traffic stop on SR 3 in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Granger was issued UTT’s, returnable to the T/O Hannibal Court on 11/24/09.
