On 11/6/09 at 9:47 a.m., Lucas B. Spencer, 19, of 2494 CR 2, Richland, NY was operating a 2002 Hyundai southbound in the left turn only lane on US Rt. 11 at the intersection with SR 13 in the Village of Pulaski and reportedly continued through the intersection colliding with a 2003 Toyota being operated by Ashleigh E. Wilson, 28, of 1445 CR 41, Pulaski, NY which was reportedly north on US Rt. 11 at the intersection of SR 13. Mr. Spencer was issued a ticket for Failure to Yield the Right of Way at a Left Turn.

On 11/12/09 at 12:18 p.m., Kenneth J. Bolster, 46, of 870 Hannibal Street, Fulton, NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a MV, 3rd degree ( suspended 4 times in the C/O Fulton on 4/1/09 for failure to answer summons) and Speed Exceeding 55 mph following a traffic stop on SR 481 at the intersection with CR 45 in the Town of Volney initiated by patrol’s radar showing him to be traveling at a high rate of speed. Mr. Bolster was arraigned in the T/O Volney Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $200.00 cash/bond with a return to court date of 12/4/09.

On 11/12/09, a 17 year old male residing in the Town of Volney was arrested at the Oswego County Correctional Facility based on a bench warrant issued by Hon. Judge Metcalf, C/O Oswego Court charging him with Criminal Mischief, 4th degree. The male was arraigned in the T/O Scriba and ROR’d with a return to court date of 11/19/09.
