The Manor to Hold Memorial Service

The Manor at Seneca Hill will host a memorial service on Sunday, November 22 for former residents who have passed away. The event will be held between 1 and 3 p.m., with a ceremony at 1:30 p.m.

Family and friends of those residents are welcome to attend the event, which will be held in the Manor’s adult day room, located on the second floor. Those attending the service are asked to park in the upper parking lot.

The Oswego Health care system includes the Oswego Hospital, The Manor at Seneca Hill, a skilled nursing facility; Springside at Seneca Hill, a retirement living community; as well as numerous services across Oswego County. For more information, call (315) 349-5500 or visit oswegohealth.org.

Fulton’s Memorial Day Salute Is Under Way

Fireworks announce the Fulton Memorial Day Salute weekend.Check inside for parade photos and more! Fulton’s annual Memorial Day Salute got off with a bang Friday night. On Friday evening there were many activities held at Recreation Park on Route 3, West Broadway. Local and nationally recognized groups played music. And then, there were the fireworks. The event hours are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. today.

Authorities are investigating a drowning on Kasoag Lake. At about 1:10 a.m. today (May 25), members of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office responded to Kasoag Lake in the town of Williamstown on a report of a possible drowning.
