Dennis J. O’Leary, 47, of 183 W. Seneca St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 5:29 p.m. Nov. 12.
According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested on an active warrant issued by Oswego City Court for an original charge of third-degree criminal tampering.
Additionally, the defendant was also charged with second-degree harassment after allegedly subjecting police to physical contact, causing annoyance and alarm, and was additionally charged with another count of criminal tampering for allegedly intentionally flooding the holding cell at the Oswego Police Department.
He was arraigned and remanded to Oswego County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 24.

Jearl Griffin, 35, of 13 Austin St., Rochester

The subject was charged at about 4:55 p.m. Nov. 7 with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing.
According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested after an investigation determined that he allegedly threatened an adult male with a pocket knife at 87 E. Fifth St.
He was arraigned and remanded to Oswego County Jail.
He was to appear in court on Nov. 10.

Darren R. Denny, 26, of 30 North St., Pulaski

The subject was charged at about 3:46 p.m. Nov. 13.
According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested on an active warrant issued by Oswego City Court for an original charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief.
He was released on $500 bail.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

Mindy M. Bort, 19, of 15 E. VanBuren St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 4:56 p.m. Nov. 16.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed on an active warrant issued by Oswego City Court for an original charge of unlawful possession of marijuana.
She is to appear in court on Dec. 15.

Steven M. Farley, 45, of 6224 Wynmoor Drive, Cicero

The subject was charged at about 4:08 p.m. Nov. 14.
According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested on an active warrant issued by Oswego City Court for original charges of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.
He was released on $250 bail.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 19.

Nicholas D. Do, 22, of 212 Main St., Freeville

The subject was charged at about 3:52 p.m. Nov. 15 with unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly being found in possession of a small amount of marijuana at 312 W. Fifth St.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 16.

Allison R. Szary, 19, of 102 Fall View Terrace, Ithaca

The subject was charged at about 3:52 p.m. Nov. 15 with unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly being found in possession of a small amount of marijuana at 312 W. Fifth St.
She is to appear in court on Dec. 3.
