Nicholas S. Faulkingham, 29, of 3514 Hayes Road, Baldwinsville
The subject was charged at about 3:40 p.m. Nov. 13 with unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly being found in possession of a small amount of marijuana at Route 104 and Sheldon Avenue.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 3.
Clifton R. Reynolds, 35, of 8406 Gaskin Road, Baldwinsville
The subject was charged at about 3:58 p.m. Nov. 13 with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, DWAI-drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana and not wearing a seatbelt.
According to the police report: the above defendant was observed operating a motor vehicle, which was subsequently stopped by police at Route 104 and Sheldon Avenue for allegedly not wearing a seatbelt.
Upon investigation and field testing, it was determined that the defendant had allegedly been operating the motor vehicle while his ability to do so was impaired by drugs.
The defendant was also allegedly found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and approximately 2.9 grams of methamphetamine.
He was arraigned and remanded to Oswego County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 8.
Jeromy J. Miller, 18, of 155 Townline Road, Fulton
The subject was charged at about 3:12 p.m. Nov. 17.
According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested on an active warrant issued by Oswego City Court for an original charge of violating the open container ordinance and possession of alcohol while less than 21 years old.
He was released on $100 bail.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 10.
Eric D. Ferrone, 21, of 4 Pawling Ave., Mechanicville
The subject was charged at about 2:42 a.m. Nov. 15 with violating the open container ordinance.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly being in possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage while in public space at West Bridge and Third streets.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 22.
Nicholas E. Allen, 23, of 275 Craw Road, Mexico
The subject was charged at about 2:09 a.m. Nov. 17.
According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested on an active warrant issued by Oswego City Court for an original charge of disorderly conduct.
He was arraigned and released on $250 bail.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 8.
David K. Terramiggi, 30, of Oswego
The subject was charged at about 7:41 p.m. Nov. 17.
According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested on an active warrant issued by Oswego City Court for original charges stemming from a July 20 DWI arrest.
He was released on $100 bail.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 3.
Matthew T. Frey, 27, of 64 Hart St., Oswego
The subject was charged at about 10:30 a.m. Nov. 10 with endangering the welfare of a child.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after an investigation determined that he and another person allegedly left a 2-year-old child unattended and unsupervised for a period of time.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 3.

The subject was charged at about 2:29 p.m. Nov. 10 with endangering the welfare of a child.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after an investigation determined that she and another person allegedly left a 2-year-old child unattended and unsupervised for a period of time.
She is to appear in court on Dec. 3.
Amanda R. Long, 21, of 133 Lyon St., Oswego
The subject was charged at about 10:28 a.m. Nov. 15 with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after an investigation determined that she allegedly had been in possession of a desktop computer that had reportedly been stolen.
She is to appear in court on Dec. 3.
