On 11/17/09 at 4:49 p.m., Christine M. Merrill, 36, of 2610 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale, NY was arrested at the Onondaga County Justice Center based on a warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico charging her with AUO, 2nd degree. Ms. Merrill was arraigned by the Hon. Judge Gracey and ROR’d with a return to Mexico Town Court on 11/24/09.

On 11/18/09, Jeramie J. Williamson, 34, of 361 CR 54 Lot 68A, Pennellville, NY was arrested at 1:01 a.m. at the Oswego- Onondaga County line based on a warrant issued by the Town of Schroeppel Court charging him with Harassment, 2nd degree. Mr. Williamson was arraigned in the Town of Palermo Court by Hon. Judge Wood and ROR’d.

On 11/18/09 at 3:30 a.m., a 17 year old male residing in the Village of Mexico was arrested for AUO, 3rd degree ( suspended on 8/31/09 for insurance lapse), Registration Suspended and Crossing Road Hazard Markings following a traffic stop on SR 176 in the Town of Granby. The male was released on UTT’s, returnable to the T/O Granby Court on 12/7/09.
