Frances L. Cleveland

Frances L. Cleveland, 65, of 131 West First Street, Oswego, N.Y. died at her home peacefully with her family after a short illness.

Frankie was born in Inman, South Carolina to the late James and Mary (Smart) Cleveland. She resided in South Carolina until moving to Oswego in 2008. Frankie was an artist and has painted several paintings. Frankie loved spending time with her family and had made many close friends in Oswego.

She is survived by her children James (Christina) Roddy of Oswego, Greta (Mark) Leonard of Inman, SC, her brother Samuel Cleveland of TX, and her grandchildren Delaney and KayeLeigh Roddy of Oswego, Madelyn, Greg, and Barrett Leonard of Inman SC.

Funeral services will be private. Burial will be in South Carolina. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home 147 West Fourth Street Oswego.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the friends of Oswego County Hospice or Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo, NY.
