The subject was charged at about 9:27 p.m. Nov. 18.
According to the police report: Stauring was arrested on a bench warrant for criminal trespass issued by Oswego City Court.
He was released on $100 bail.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 3.

Albert W. Snyder III, 25, of 107 E. Utica St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 5:19 p.m. Nov. 18.
According to the police report: Snyder was arrested on a bench warrant for violating the open container ordinance issued by Oswego City Court.
He was released on $100 bail.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 3.
