John Alvarado, 37, of 41 Johnny Cake Road, Fulton

The subject was charged at about 4:45 p.m. Nov. 17 with criminal possession of a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child.
According to the police report: Alvarado was arrested subsequent to a complaint that he allegedly brandished a weapon in front of numerous children and made threatening statements to them.
He was arraigned and remanded to Oswego County Jail.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 24.

Daniel L. Powell, 23, of 1009 Harrison St. Apt #4, Syracuse

The subject was charged at about 5:09 p.m. Nov. 18.
According to the police report: Powell was arrested on an arrest warrant for disorderly conduct issued by Oswego City Court.
He was arraigned and released on $80 bail.
He is to appear in court on Dec, 15.

Michael A. French, 23, of 3707 Pendulum Path, Baldwinsville

The subject was charged at about 8:03 p.m. Nov. 18.
According to the police report: French was arrested on a bench warrant for petit larceny issued by Oswego City Court
He was arraigned and remanded to Oswego County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 15.

Nicholas S. Faulkingham, 29, of 3514 Hayes Road, Baldwinsville

The subject as charged at about 3:40 p.m. Nov. 13 with unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to the police report: Faulkingham was ticketed for allegedly possessing a quantity of marijuana subsequent to a traffic stop at Route 104 and Sheldon Avenue.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 3.

Daniel D. Slate, 21, of 25 Schyler Drive, Poughkeepsie

The subject was charged at about 1:30 a.m. Nov. 14 with disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: Slate was ticketed for allegedly failing to disperse from the area of West Third and Bridge streets after being asked to do so by an officer.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 3.

Justin A. Laluz, 21, of 741 Euclid Ave., Syracuse

The subject was charged at about 1:30 a.m. Nov. 14 with disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: Laluz was ticketed for allegedly failing to disperse from the area of West Third and Bridge streets after being asked to do so by an officer.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 3.

Katie L. Bartholomew, 21, of 1897 County Route 7, Oswego

The subject was charged at about 12:54 p.m. Nov. 16 with unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to the police report: Bartholomew was ticketed for allegedly possessing a quantity of marijuana subsequent to a traffic stop on Sixth Avenue.
She is to appear in court on Dec. 3.

Fredric J. Tassone, 21, of 5466 Omara Drive, Brewerton

The subject was charged at about 12:54 p.m. Nov. 16 with unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to the police report: Tassone was ticketed for allegedly possessing a quantity of marijuana subsequent to a traffic stop on Sixth Avenue.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 3.
