Sheriff’s Office, 11/19/09

On 11/12/09 at 3:22 p.m., Diane V. Palm, 45, of 194 County Route 89, Oswego, NY was operating a 2009 Audi north in the passing lane on SR 481 in the Town of Volney when a 1999 Oldsmobile being operated by Philip Finch, 29, of 753 James Street, Syracuse, NY reportedly proceeded to merge into the passing lane after turning left onto SR 481 from CR 57 and collided with Ms. Palm’s vehicle. Mr. Finch was ticketed for Unsafe Passing and Failure to Notify Change of Address.

On 11/16/09 at 1:58 p.m., Louis M. Percival, 27, of 204 Kellog Rd., Hannibal, NY was operating a 1997 Ford pick up south on CR 7 in the Town of Oswego when he reportedly stopped for someone turning into a driveway and was rear ended by a 2002 Dodge registered to Monroe Motor Products Cor., of Rochester, being operated by Larry M. Pryor, 52, of 7 Birch Lane, Oswego, NY. Mr. Pryor was issued a ticket for Following Too Closely.

On 11/18/09, Lynette M. Thompson, 38, of 1082 CR 35, Mexico, NY was arrested at 7:15 p.m. for Harassment, 2nd degree and Disorderly Conduct stemming from the investigation into an incident which reportedly took place at a Town of Minetto residence where she allegedly verbally threatened physical harm to an individual and when was asked by patrol to stay were she was, she continued on toward the individual. Ms. Thompson was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Minetto Court on 12/3/09.

On 11/18/09 at 9:13 p.m., Brent M. Allen, 38, of 5638 US Rt. 11, Pulaski, NY was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident that reportedly took place at a Town of Sandy Creek residence in which he allegedly put his hands around an individual during an argument. Mr. Allen was arraigned in the Town of Sandy Creek Court and ROR’d with a return to court date of 12/3/09.
