Dustin S. Cook, 21, of 504 State Route 176, Hannibal
The subject was charged at about 1:14 a.m. Nov. 21 with disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: the defendant allegedly yelled abusive and obscene language in a public place and cause annoyance and alarm on Market Street.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 10.
Jamesha B. Leonard, 19, of 108 E Beard Ave., Syracuse
The subject was charged at about 2:02 a.m. Nov. 21 with disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: the defendant allegedly engaged in a physical fight in a public place and cause annoyance and alarm on Market Street.
She is to appear in court on Dec. 10.
Travis J. Roberts, 20, of 221 Seneca Hall, SUNY Oswego
The subject was charged at about 12:04 a.m. Nov. 21 with violating the open container ordinance and possession of alcohol while less than 21 years old.
According to the police report: the defendant was ticketed after allegedly being in possession of an open alcoholic beverage while under the age of 21 at West Cayuga and Seventh streets.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 10.
Zachary P. Jaquith, 19, of 701 Onondaga Hall, SUNY Oswego
The subject was charged at about 12:30 a.m. Nov. 22 with violating the open container ordinance and possession of alcohol while less than 21 years old.
According to the police report: the defendant was ticketed after allegedly being in possession of an open alcoholic beverage while under the age of 21 at West Schuyler and Liberty streets.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 10.
Evan Krishnakumar, 21, of 300 1/2 Proctor Ave., Ogdensburg
The subject was charged at about 12:18 a.m. Nov. 21 with violating the open container ordinance.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly being in possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage while in public space at West Fourth and Bridge streets.
He is to appear in court on Jan. 26.
Eric E. Brion, 21, of 3039 Maltby Road, Oakfield, NY
The subject was charged at about 11:23 p.m. Nov. 20 with violating the noise ordinance.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly hosting an unreasonably loud party at 136 W. Cayuga St.
He is to appear in court on Jan. 26.
Thomas C. Lackemann, 19, of 195 W. Eighth St., Oswego
The subject was charged at about 12:58 p.m. Nov. 22 with violating the noise ordinance.
According to the police report: the above defendant was ticketed after allegedly hosting an unreasonably loud party.
He is to appear in court on Jan. 26.
