Fulton PD: 12/14/09 – 12/20/09
Mathew T. Pluff, 23, of 2 W. First St. N., Fulton was charged Dec. 14 with harassment for punching someone in the face twice.
Patrick P. Edwards, 40, of 144 E. Third St., Oswego was charged Dec. 14 with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, refusal to take a breath test and consumption of alcohol in a vehicle. Police allege that at about 5:02 p.m. while in the 200 block of Division St., Edwards’ car crossed the center line. He allegedly failed three field sobriety tests, and allegedly had two open cans of Busch beer in his car’s cup holder. Police allege he refused to take a breath test at the scene.
Corey W. Bonnie, 19, of 606 Rochester St., Fulton was arrested Dec. 15 on bench warrants from City of Fulton Court alleging failure to appear in court on June 10 and May 7, 2009.
Levi J. Montgomery, 19, of 8 Woodland Dr., Fulton was arrested Dec. 16 on a bench warrant from City of Fulton Court alleging failure to appear in court on a petit larceny charge and failure to provide proof of having completed 50 hours of community service.
Gregory M. Smith, of 138 Verda Ave., North Syracuse was arrested Dec. 17 on a bench warrant from City of Fulton Court alleging failure to appear in court.
Peter Ravesi, 36, of 41 Whitcomb St., Fulton was charged Dec. 18 with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a vehicle, and unlawful possession of marihuana. Police allege that at about 1:15 am, Ravesi’s vehicle crossed the center line on S. First St. He allegedly failed three field sobriety tests and allegedly had an open can of Labatt Blue in the vehicle’s cup holder and was found with a plastic bag containing a substance consistent with marijuana. Police alleged a breath test at the police station confirmed the presence of alcohol.
Tralene M. Loomis, 33, of 283 Macdougall Rd., Fulton was charged Dec. 19 with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blooc alcohol level greater than .08%, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, no distinct license plate, and failure to keep right. Police allege they stopped her at about 2:52 a.m. on E. Broadway for having a snow-covered license plate and for failing to keep right. She allegedly failed three field sobriety tests and an alcohol breath screening test. Police allege her license had been suspended 2 weeks earlier on an unrelated alcohol count.
Todd E. Gates, 41, of 310 W. Fourth St. S., Fulton was charged Dec. 19 with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. Police allege that earlier in the day, he put a 14 year old boy in a choke hold and punched him in the face, in the presence of two children less than 18 years old.
Rebecca L. Hood, 26, of 84 E. Seneca St., Oswego was charged Dec. 19 with petit larceny for allegedly attempting to steal various items of clothing worth $131.41 from K-Mart in River Glen Plaza.
David A. Wait, 22, of 511 State St., Fulton was charged Dec. 19 with aggravaged unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation and passing a red light. Police allege Wait ran the red arrow when he turned from the Broadway bridge onto W. First St. Police allege he had no valid driver’s license and had had his license suspended for failing to answer summonses in Volney and Fulton from earlier in the year.
Harold M. Guyer, 47, of 501 W. First St. S., Fulton was charged Dec. 20 with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, speed in zone, refusal to take a breath test and obstructing governmental administration. Police allege Guyer failed to keep right and was driving 50 mph in a 30 mph zone when they spotted him about a block from his home. He pulled over in his driveway. He allegedly refused to perform field sobriety tests or take a field breath test. At the police station, police allege he refused to take a breath test and refused to allow his photo and fingerprints to be taken.
Joseph E. Williams, 35, of 102 Leitch St., #2 was charged on Dec. 20 with criminal trespass and criminal mischief for allegedly forcing a person’s apartment door open, breaking the door and causing $200 in damages.
Luis B. Arnold, 17, of 1356 County Route 3, Hannibal was charged Dec. 20 with unlawful possession of marijuana while at the Fastrac convenience store on S. Second St. Police allege they found a marijuana pipe with residue in his car’s cup holder.
Bernard L. Burns, 54, of 370 W Fourth St., Fulton was charged Dec. 20 with criminal possession of a weapon and three counts of menacing for allegedly threatening to kill three people while holding what appeared to be a small handgun. Police allege they later found him in possession of a folding knife.


The Curse of the Silverback, the Enchanted Forest/Water Safari’s newest water ride, which debuted in 2009, is expected to continue to draw visitors with its unique purple and black appeal and daring silverback theme. Riders experience a 100 foot drop into a large 40-ft diameter bowl where they circle the bowl dropping out the middle into the splash pool below.
