A note from Harborfest chief Tom Van Schaack timestamped 5:19 p.m. says that as of that time, tonight’s Harborfest fireworks display is still on, and still scheduled for approximately 9:30 p.m.

As of 6:00 p.m., strong storm were rolling through the area, the edge of a cooler front that will eventually bring more moderate temperatures to the area.

The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for a multi-county area that includes Oswego County.  The watch runs until 11:00 p.m.
