OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Health and Human Services Committee recognized Dr. Dennis Norfleet with a certificate of appreciation for his 25 years of service to the county.
Dr. Norfleet retired from his position as the public health director of the Oswego County Health Department in June.
