Man Charged With Manslaughter In Connection With Woman’s Death
Members of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office charged Frank W. Ward, 45, of 171 Chapel Road, Oswego, with first-degree manslaughter, a Class B felony. The charge follows an investigation into the death of Irene Doviak of the town of Oswego.
