handcuffs-300x200Two east side residents are facing felony drug charges. During the search, investigators seized approximately 13.5 grams of cocaine, an undisclosed amount of cash, and an apparent stun gun disguised as a cell phone.

A joint investigation between the Oswego City Police Department and the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team into the sales and possession of marijuana in and around the city of Oswego resulted in the arrest of a westside man.

Lyle L. Boatman At approximately 4:03 p.m. Thursday, members of the Oswego City Police Department, assisted by the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team, arrested Lyle L. Boatman, 45, of 20 Airport Road, Fulton, for allegedly possessing and selling an undisclosed amount of crack cocaine.



Teen Facing Felony Charges
