Mexico Man Convicted Of Two Counts Of Sexual Abuse, Five Misdemeanors

According to District Attorney Gregory Oakes, this afternoon, May 7, an Oswego County Jury returned verdicts of guilty and convicted Paul Allen, 58, of Mexico of two counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, a violent felony.

Fulton Man Pleads Guilty To Assault In The Second Degree With Machete In March 2020 Incident

A felony jury trial ended suddenly in Oswego County this afternoon when the defendant, Djaquinn Johnson of Fulton, waived his rights and pleaded guilty to Assault in the Second Degree, according to District Attorney Gregory Oakes.

Rockford’s Abuser Pleads Guilty

Barboni Guilty Of Second-Degree Murder

The jury has spoken in the case of Jay John Barboni. Barboni, 31, formerly of Falcon Drive, Liverpool, was convicted of second-degree murder, a class A felony, and first-degree manslaughter, a class B felony. He had been charged in connection with the death of 15-month-old Nicholas Taylor.
