Charles E. Blair, 66, of Hannibal, died Wednesday Jan. 4, 2012, at Oswego Hospital. Mr. Blair was born in Burlington Vt., and has been a resident of the Hannibal area for most of his life.
Robert C. Peck Sr., 64 of Fulton died Wednesday June 22, 2011, in St. Joseph Hospital, Syracuse, after a brief illness.
Albino L. Arduini, 58, of Red Creek, died Tuesday June 21, 2011, at his home.
Earl Fitzpatrick Jr., 52 passed away March 26, 2010, at LeHigh Acres Medical Center, Fla.
Connie Grosvent, 73, of Fulton, died peacefully Monday July 26, 2010, at home.
