Oswego, Utica Set Attendance Mark At Frozen Dome Classic

The nationally-ranked Oswego State men’s ice hockey team tied 4-4 in overtime for the second straight day, this time against Utica College in The Toyota Frozen Dome Classic on Saturday afternoon at Syracuse University’s Carrier Dome. Oswego and Utica brought 7,047 spectators into the Dome, setting a new NCAA Division III attendance mark for a men’s ice hockey contest.

Oswego County Workforce New York, Oswego Health, The Manor at Seneca Hill, and the Center for Instruction, Technology and Innovation (CiTi, formerly Oswego County BOCES) are working together to offer a new opportunity in the healthcare field. The Oswego State women’s hockey team shutout the Potsdam Bears for the second straight day in a 3-0 victory on Saturday afternoon at the Marano Campus Center Arena during the program’s alumni weekend. With the win, Oswego is now 4-2-0 overall and 3-1-0 in ECAC West action.

Hawksby Jr., a former Novelis Supermodified driver and the leading Supermodified manufacturer and fabricator at Oswego since 2005, is the son of longtime Supermodified driver Joe Hawksby Sr.
