Elementary Parent Teacher Conferences Set November 16

FULTON, NY – On Friday, November 16, there will be no school for students in grades Pre-K through 6 in the Fulton City School District for parent-teacher conferences.

Conferences will also be held on Thursday evening.

Ke-Nekt season series to cross musical boundaries

SUNY Oswego’s Ke-Nekt Chamber Music Series this season will offer star power and a wide array of instrumentalists and styles, including classically trained musicians who cover Radiohead and Led Zeppelin, a renowned much-studied trumpeter/composer, a homegrown orchestral violinist and a respected bassoonist. All performances in the Ke-Nekt series will take place at 7:30 p.m. on selected Wednesdays in Sheldon Hall ballroom. Each event’s host will deliver a preconcert talk at 7.

United Way to Kick Off Annual Campaign

Members of the United Way of Greater Oswego County’s Campaign Cabinet are busy putting the final touches on the agenda for one of Oswego County’s most impactful events the United Way’s Annual Campaign Kick-Off Breakfast. Scheduled for September 10, the event will be held from 8 – 9 a.m. at the American Foundry, 246 W. Seneca St. (behind Fajita Grill on Route 104 West) in Oswego.
