Jocelynn Virgina Lower

Jocelynn Virgina Lower was born in Oswego Hospital on Dec. 9, 2012.

She weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and was 21.75 inches long.

She is the daughter of Corey and Nichole Lower, of Oswego.

East Second Street Re-Opens Near Oswego Library

In regards to the road closure issued by the Oswego Codes Division of the Oswego City Fire Department on May 27, East Second Street has been re-opened for traffic between East Bridge Street and Oneida Street. Due to the continued concerns with the decorative fa├žade of the Oswego Public Library, there are barriers indicating a lane shift.

Pulaski Resident James Hefti To Study in Belize

Pulaski resident James Hefti, a master’s student in the Global Field Program from Miami University’s Project Dragonfly, will travel to Belize in summer 2015. Hefti will study coral reefs, manatees, howler monkeys, jaguars and other wildlife while learning the methods communities are using to sustain them.
