FULTON, NY - Police are seeking information about a suspect who robbed the Byrne Dairy store at the corner of state Route 3 and Emery Street early this morning.

Police said the suspect entered the store at 3:05 a.m., and threatened the clerk with a knife, demanding money. He was last seen running from the store, eastbound on Emery Street with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect is described as a male with a stocky build, standing between 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 7 inches tall. He was wearing a black ski mask, a green hooded sweatshirt and dark pants.

Anyone with information has been asked to call the Fulton police department at 598-2008.
